Our retainer model is designed to provide you with consistent, dedicated capacity and expert guidance, enabling us to deeply integrate with your product and accelerate your growth.

1. Our Retainer Model: Reserved Capacity & Partnership

Our retainer fees secure a dedicated portion of our team’s time, expertise, and resources for your project during the agreed-upon billing period (monthly, quarterly, or yearly). This commitment allows us to plan effectively, provide consistent support, and deliver high-quality, future-proof UI design systems for your product.

2. Non-Refundable Payments

All fees paid to Pharhaan Design Labs are non-refundable. Once a payment is made for a specific billing period (e.g., a monthly, quarterly, or yearly retainer fee), it secures our dedicated capacity and services for that period and cannot be refunded. This policy ensures we can allocate resources effectively and maintain the high level of service our partners expect.

3. Cancellation of Services

Either party (Pharhaan Design Labs or the Client) may terminate the retainer agreement with prior written notice. The required notice period varies by retainer tier:

Monthly Retainer: 30 days’ written notice.
Quarterly Retainer: 60 days’ written notice.
Yearly Retainer: 90 days’ written notice.

Upon termination, the Client remains responsible for all fees for services rendered up to the effective termination date, including the full duration of the notice period. No refunds will be issued for any pre-paid services or retainer fees covering the current billing period.
