Your challenges

Your UI is pretty. Your UX is leaking revenue

Your UX Debt is costing you more than you think. You’ve spent months building features, but if your onboarding is broken or your dashboard is confusing, your users will never see the value. “Pretty” isn't enough. You need Psychological Momentum.

The Cold Start

Users land on an empty dashboard and don't know what to do next

The Cold Start

Users land on an empty dashboard with zero data and zero direction. Without a clear first step or an immediate "Aha!" moment, they feel overwhelmed and abandon the app before ever realizing its true potential.

Cognitive Overload

Too many options, not enough direction. The user gets confused

Cognitive Overload

Too many buttons, complex menus, and competing calls-to-action force the user to think too hard. When the brain is forced to process unnecessary complexity, it defaults to "exit," leading to massive drop-offs in core workflows.

Silent Churn

Users leave your platform without ever telling you why and you have no idea

Silent Churn

The most dangerous type of loss. These users don't complain or send feedback; they just stop logging in. Invisible friction points are quietly pushing them toward competitors who offer a path of less resistance.

Math Behind UX Debt

How much is 5% churn costing you?

Total Value Lost = Churned Users x Average LTV

Total Value Lost
=
Churned Users
x
Average LTV

You think 5% churn is just losing 50 users? No. You didn't just lose their $50 subscription this month.
You lost the $1,000 they would have paid you over their lifetime.

50 users x $1,000 LTV = $50,000.

Your UX debt didn't cost you pennies. It wiped out $50,000 of future revenue in a single month.

My audit pays for itself by plugging the holes where your revenue is leaking.

Methodology

I Don't Guess...I Grade!

My “100-Point System” turns subjective design into objective data.

The Perfect 100

I start every audit assuming your product is perfect (100/100). I don't look for what you did right; I hunt for exactly where you are losing users.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Addressing the operational and strategic concerns of growing SaaS companies.

General & Service Questions

What is the main difference between the Free and Paid analysis?

The difference is Depth and Privacy.

The Free Audit is a “Public Critique”—I analyze one specific flow (like onboarding) and publish the video on my social media as educational content.

The Paid Analysis is a completely private, comprehensive audit of your entire product ecosystem, covered by an NDA, with a detailed roadmap and 30-day implementation support.

It is a value exchange. You get expert, senior-level feedback on your critical friction points without paying a cent. In exchange, I get to use the analysis as a public case study to demonstrate my expertise to the product design community.

Yes, if you are comfortable with your product being analyzed publicly. If you require confidentiality or a deep-dive into complex internal flows (like admin dashboards), the Paid Analysis is the only suitable option.

The Audit Methodology

I don't give points for “good design”—I start by assuming your product is a perfect 100. I only deduct points when I find specific friction that hurts your revenue.

  • -10 Points (Critical): Blockers that stop signup or payment.

  • -5 Points (High): Friction that confuses the user.

  • -2 Points (Polish): Visual errors that lower trust.

Your final score is simply 100 minus the friction.

That is actually a win.

A low score (e.g., 60/100) simply means we have identified a massive amount of “hidden friction” that is currently killing your growth.

The lower the score, the higher the ROI potential when we fix it.

My goal isn't to judge your current state, but to give you the roadmap to get to 90+.

No. I use a strict heuristic checklist based on Nielsen’s Usability Principles and Behavioral Economics.

Every point deducted is backed by data and industry standards, not personal taste.

Operations & Timeline

To ensure security and personal verification, I do not use an instant “Checkout” button. Once you request a slot, I will review your details and send you a secure Payment Link via email. Once cleared, your project is officially scheduled.

Paid Analysis: Work begins immediately after our Kick-off Discovery Call. You will receive the final video and PDF roadmap within 7-10 business days.

Free Public Audit: These are performed as my schedule permits between paid client work. There is no guaranteed delivery time.

For Free Audits: Just a demo account URL and credentials of the flow you want me to critique.

For Paid Audits: I will need a test account (credentials) or a staging environment to explore the product fully, along with access to any specific user personas you want me to test.

Yes, exclusively for the Paid Tier.

It includes access to a 30-Day Strategic Collaboration Hub (via WhatsApp) where you can ask me implementation questions directly as your team fixes the issues.

Technical & Security Concerns

No. I audit the “Front-End Experience”—exactly what your users see and feel. I do not need access to your GitHub, database, or backend code.

Paid Analysis: Your data is strictly confidential. I am happy to sign your company’s NDA before we begin the Discovery Call.

Free Analysis: By submitting a request, you acknowledge that the analysis will be public. Please do not submit screens containing sensitive user data (PII) for the free tier.

Yes. I use a globally regulated financial services platform. I never see or store your credit card information; the transaction happens entirely on their encrypted servers.

Yes. I audit mobile apps, responsive web apps, and desktop SaaS platforms.

Satisfaction & Alignment

This is not for pre-revenue idea stage startups who haven't built a product yet. This audit delivers maximum ROI for operational SaaS companies with active users who are trying to fix churn, increase activation, or scale revenue.

UX can be subjective, but my audit is based on objective Heuristic Principles and 15 years of conversion data. However, you are the expert on your business. My job is to highlight risks; your job is to decide which ones to fix. The “Collaboration Hub” is the perfect place to debate and refine these decisions together.

Due to the time-intensive nature of manual consulting work, I cannot offer refunds once the analysis has begun. However, the Discovery Call ensures we are perfectly aligned on goals before any actual audit work starts.

Absolutely. Many clients start with the Free Public UX Analysis to test my insights. If you like the Free UX Analysis, you can book the Full UX Analysis to fix the rest of the product privately.
