Problem Statement
No online presence
There was no official website from where the visitor could get the information regarding the product and book the demo.
Solution (success goal)
To have a complete website for product information and demo booking form on website.
The goal was to create an easy-to-use website with a modern color theme having an elegant user experience.
Design Process
Following is the step-by-step representation of the company’s internal design process.

Step 1 - Discovery and Requirement Gathering
In this phase, I asked for a few reference websites which the stakeholders liked most. This is one part, another parallel part was to gather all the content for the website since I didn’t give the copywriting services to them and they opted to provide me with all the content.
I also found a few competitors’ websites to get a better idea of what they are offering in terms of design and features.
Step 2 - Design Mock-Up & Iterations
Few design mock-ups were presented to the stakeholders out of which the following design was been selected.
Step 3 - Development (local environment)
After the design finalization, the development was done on a local machine on WordPress’s Divi page builder. This is the best page builder so far which makes life easy during development. There were around 20+ pages on this website and took me around 15-20 working days to complete.
During this phase, it was also been decided to integrate Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel to measure the data for future improvements.
Step 4 - Cross-Device And Cross-Browser Testing
To make sure that everything runs smoothly, I tested the website on mobile, tablet, and desktop screens (1280px-1900px). Also, it was been tested on different browsers for example Google Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.
Step 5 - Migrated Website On Staging (for UAT)
Once the testing was done, the whole website was migrated from the local machine to the staging server for user-acceptance testing.
Step 6 - Iterations & Changes
It’s not unusual to get changes on staging since the client is thoroughly going through the whole website, it’s very common that many changes or additions are done during this phase. Therefore all the changes were been made and again asked for a review.
Step 7 - Got The Thumbs Up And Migrated To the Production (Live) Server
Once all the changes were been made and also reviewed by the stakeholders, I got a green signal to move on. I migrated the staging server website to the production server to make it live.
Step 8 - Final Testing Done On Live Server
Before announcing the Go-Live status, we tested the whole site once again to make sure everything is running smoothly on the live website.
Step 9 - Project Signoff
Once everything was completed, now it was time to officially sign off the project by taking the final consent from the stakeholders.
